30 employees are based here and make up our UK quality control, logistics, finance, and communications departments as well as being the main home to Falcon Specialty’s trade team.

Austin, Texas

Our office is located in the heart of the vibrant East Austin neighbourhood and is home to our sales, quality, and sustainability teams.

Our North American logistics team maintain an import network to 12 warehouses across the US and Canada.

Falcon Coffees Europe provides a dedicated service to our EU client base of specialty roasters.

Our office is in the Kreuzberg area of Berlin and is home to the European quality control team that manages the sampling service for all our coffee warehoused inside the EU.

We keep a dedicated inventory of specialty lots with our warehouse partner PGS in Antwerp.

Falcon Coffees Asia is located in Johor Bahru Malaysia.

In 2018 we made the move to open a representative office in Ethiopia’s capital city, Addis Ababa in order to provide presence and ground support to our supply chains and regions of sourcing activity.

Our office is situated in the SNAP Plaza Building just 1 kilometre from the city’s main airport and nearby to the main hotel areas as well as the main ring road.

We have a cupping and quality control facility here, providing situational convenience for clients wishing to assess coffees during their journeys in and out of the country.

The office is serviced with good utility infrastructure and is managed by our team of seven staff which make up our QC and logistics departments and includes an in house agronomist.

In 2018 Falcon Peru SARL was registered as an export company and we opened a small warehouse with a quality control laboratory in the northern coffee town of Jaen, Cajamarca. Farmers bring their dry parchment to the warehouse for quality analysis, some tasting their own coffees for the first time. They receive a cup score and an offer price immediately, which they may accept or refuse.

As of 2023, Falcon works with 275 registered farmers across 15 districts in the province of Cajamarca and 3 producer associations. Our team in Peru has grown to 10 employees that make up our quality and logistics departments as well as an in-house agronomist. Our export office in in Lima.
